As a nonprofit center, our building intentionally supports charitable organizations but you don’t have to be a nonprofit to rent from us. We have more than 23,000 square feet of downtown commercial space…and there’s room here for your business.
At Federated Charities, we believe that great organizations spend too much time worrying about the roof over their heads or the next electric bill. We offer our tenants the peace of mind of affordability and professional management of our space.
Our center is in the heart of Frederick, walkable to shops and dining and accessible by public transportation. All our tenants have access to discounted infrastructure support, share amenities like meeting rooms and green space, and benefit from a professionally managed building.
